We have 24 well equipped state of the art automatic SMT lines, with automatic ASM (DEK) solder paste printing machines, Fuji-NXT M3/M6 SMT machines and Heller reflow ovens which can place components up to 01005 in size.
Our SMT lines are located inside clean rooms and using Nitrogen during reflow to maintain the highest quality SMT processes. |

| As some of our products after SMT need post-welding processing, we currently have 2 line processes and 1 semi-automatic plug in tin saturation line. We always conduct various electric performance tests with 100% after visual inspections toward our processed products to ensure high quality products. |
